RATES & POLICIES:
- Payment is due 30 days prior to arrival, unless booked within
that period
- Rates may vary with regard to dates and length of stay.
- 11.417% State of Hawaii Hotel and General Excise Taxes will be
added to the bill. Rates quoted are for up to 4 adults. $10 per
night for each additional adult (Children under 12 are no additional
fee)
- $300 Deposit Required To Confirm
- 2 Week Notice to Cancel, Otherwise Deposit is Forfeited
- $200 Security Deposit
(Refunded After Approved Inspection)
- Housekeeping Provided Prior to Arrival and After Departure
- Minimum of 6 day stay required in December, January, February
and March unless stay fits within existing bookings on calendar
- Rentals Less Than 5 Days Pay Housekeeping at $85
- Check in time: 2:00 PM, Check out time: 11:00 AM, late checkout
may be available
